Mike in the other hand has researched get every last detail of each scaring technique and knows endless strategy but when it comes down to it he just doesn’t have the talent. Sully has a real raw natural talent for being scary (Fi-Se) but lacks the work ethic and calculative ability to know how to use his scariness in different ways. Towards the beginning of monsters U, you see the scene where both of them are kicked out of the scaring program for different reasons. I think these two would make an unstoppable team, INFJ’s can point ESTP’s in the right direction and teach them to be more efficient and careful with their bursts of power while the ESTP could get the INFJ Out of ruts and point out the detailed flaws in their grand plans, as well as help them to be more forceful and quick to action.Īlthough one really cool ENTJ ISFP dream team I can think of is James Sullivan and Mike Wazowski from Monsters inc/university. Estp’s on the other hand are typically very quick to jump into action on things, as well as bold and great with understanding details and executing systematic maneuvering but can miss the long term consequences of risks they take and spend too long trying to understand the nuances of everything rather than just getting the necessary gist of it. Both of these types are usually somewhere in the middle of the line for success for different reasons- INFJ’s often know the perfect paths to success and how to get there but can be hesitant to take action and be assertive/forceful at times, and they can miss key details from looking too much at the bigger picture. They both have really strong people skills in different ways- ESTP’s can be really charismatic, entertaining and influential while INFJ’s are very good at manipulating (although usually for good reason) and alluring people in a more tender and comforting way. My guess would probably INxJ and ESxP- the visionary and the executor.

It’s an interesting question because if you’re just asking who the best type at life is, well obviously ExTJ, but stereotypically an IxFP wouldn’t really add much to make it a double powerhouse. So obviously what skill set you have and how much you’ve developed your functions is completely dependent on the individual, but archetypically, what two opposite types do you think make the best team?
